The Plan
We developed a refined architectural language centered around simplicity, proportion, and natural light. The layout was organized to maximize both privacy and openness—anchoring the central axis with a two-story stair hall and opening the rear of the home toward the outdoor living areas. Materials were selected for tonal harmony and tactile richness: light brick, white oak, limestone, blackened steel, and zinc accents. Each space was planned to feel intentional and adaptable, with transitions that feel seamless.
The completed home reflects a quiet confidence—architectural precision softened by natural materials and thoughtful scale. Its open yet grounded layout supports daily rhythm and seasonal celebration alike. From entry to garden, the Glenview Residence I feels cohesive, livable, and timelessly modern.
